For years, Sacred Sole Massage & Bodywork has offered on-location/mobile massage services. However, hands-on massage therapy will remain paused for mobile and on-location groups through the Summer of 2021.

Theresa received live training in 2018 with the International Sound Healing Academy for One-to-One integral sound healing, as well as supplemental training in group sound facilitation and sound/biofield tuning. Each session is unique and integrates multiple tuned sound healing instruments, including Himalayan and quartz crystal bowls, tuning forks, gong, chimes, and medicine drum to guide clients to a state of Alpha, Theta and Delta frequencies inducing a deep meditative and peaceful state. Recipients emerge feeling a sense of calm, peace, balance, and rejuvenation.
Mobile ~ Introduction to Frame Drumming Circle
Theresa is a trained Frame Drum Facilitator; and she has created the Frame Drumming the Elements Introductory Class. Classes also offered on-location to small groups. Details are found in the tab: “Drumming”

History and archeological evidence confirms that every culture played drums for meditation, celebration, ritual, and ceremony. No matter where your ancestors came from, it is certain that they drummed together connecting with the common pulse of humanity. In many cultures, the drumming was lead by women.
Join together outdoors in with plenty of fresh air between us.....and learn the basic frame drumming strokes and connection to each of the five elements: water, fire, earth, air, and spirit.
