Frame Drum Introduction to the Five Elements
Learn the basic drumming stokes and their connection to each of the five elements: Water, Fire, Earth, Air, Spirit. Bring your own hand-held frame drum, or purchase of 16" Remo Fiberskyn Frame Drums are available for local Galena delivery.

Sacred Breathwork
If you can breath, you can enjoy the benefits and bliss from focused intentional breathwork. A typical Sacred Breathwork session includes movement, sound, vocal toning, and guided meditative rhythmic breath sequencing. The Breathwork session is gently lead by the sound/vibration of the gong, crystal and Himalayan bowls, drums, chimes, etc.
